Sir Stirling Moss officially opens The Mobility Roadshow 2010
As hundreds of visitors to the Mobility Roadshow waited in the glorious sunshine, Sir Stirling Moss arrived at exactly 10am to officially open the exhibition.
“Investment in mobility innovation and design is, I believe, vital to enable disabled and older people to maintain an independent lifestyle, and by so doing is crucial to the general wellbeing of this nation,” commented Sir Stirling. “I am looking forward to meeting Roadshow visitors and exploring the latest products and services being showcased.”
He went on to view all the exhibition stands during his visit which lasted most of the morning.
Overall, the Mobility Roadshow was an enjoyable experience, showcasing many new products including severall brand new innovatative wheelchair accessible vehicle from all the major motor manufacturers.
