Nottingham City Council & the LTA promote wheelchair tennis

Now retired, former GB No.1 wheelchair tennis player, Jayant Mistry demonstrated his sporting skills in Old Market Square, Nottingham ahead of the British Open Wheelchair Tennis Championships & Invacare World Team Cup 2009 which take place at The City of Nottingham Tennis Centre.

 


 

A day of wheelchair tennis demonstrations and 'Have-a-Go' sessions were the highlight for shoppers in Old Market Square, Nottingham on Saturday 11th July 2009 to promote the British Open Wheelchair Tennis Championships and the Invacare World Team Cup 2009 at the City of Nottingham Tennis Centre, UK. Former GB No.1 and now retired Jayant Mistry thrilled the onlookers with his skills against wheelchair tennis coach Martyn Jones.
